About the event
Through group discussions and guided activities parents will explore topics ranging from understanding child development and attachment, to emotional literacy, positive discipline, and trauma-informed strategies.
Participants will learn to:
Build safe, trusting, and responsive relationships with their children
Understand developmental milestones and set age-appropriate expectations
Identify personal parenting beliefs and patterns
Support emotional regulation in themselves and their children
