
I.M.P.A.C.T Program
(Intervention through Mentoring Parents and Children Together)
Our parent aide program I.M.P.A.C.T. is designed to strengthen families by supporting parents and caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to create safe, stable, and nurturing homes. This program helps reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect by promoting positive parenting practices, building resilience, and empowering families to overcome barriers.
Program Components:

Parent Education: Evidence-based lessons to build confidence and improve parenting practices.

Caregiver Support: Parent Aides provide one-on-one guidance to help parents set goals, develop skills, and apply strategies in daily life.

Family Centered Services: Intensive In-Home Services (IIS) and Intensive Family Reunification Services (IFRS)

Parent-Child Reunification Services: Structured support to strengthen family bonds and prepare parents for successful reunification.

Parenting Skill Enhancement: Assistance with communication, household management, organization, and problem-solving to support long-term stability.

Service Delivery Coordination: Case management for families to address behavioral, emotional, and practical needs while building the capacity to engage in planning for their children’s safety, education, and permanency.
